Swim Video Analysis (Exeter)
Get an expert analysis of your front crawl swimming stroke. We will film you in a pool in Exeter, capturing your stroke both under and above the water from all directions.
Afterwards you will have a 1 to 1 analysis session looking at your stroke on a large screen, so you understand what corrections you need to make.
Following your analysis I will produce a written plan, with swim drills and workouts to address the issues identified.

Freestyle Video Analysis
Front crawl (Freestyle) is a highly technical stroke with many elements to combine. Using video analysis I can examine each part of your stroke and identify where you need to make improvements.
This 1 hour session pool session involves;
- Private pool hire for the session.
- Filming your stroke. We will capture your stroke both under and above the water from all directions in HD video with a high frame rate which makes for great analysis.
- We will review the footage poolside to identify main issues and I will coach you on improvements.
- We will then film again at the end of the session.
- After the session I will provide a swimming training plan with drills and workouts to improve your stroke and a copy of your video sent to you to download to your device and keep with analysis notes.
This service can be shared between a group of up-to 4 people, with an extra charge of £20 per person for the subsequent plan.
