1 to 1 Swim Coaching in Freestyle at a pool in Exeter.  Tailored to your needs.  Each session will vary but may involve;

• 45 minutes of swim coaching time


• Expert analysis of your freestyle stroke


• Coaching in drills to address stroke defects


• Tips on what to practice on in your own time (some clients choose to stay on in the pool afterwards).

It is suitable for anyone who can swim at a basic level.  You do not need to be able to swim freestyle (front crawl) but you must be able to complete a whole length of a normal swimming pool in any stroke (25m).
