Everyone is different. Which is why you need a personalised training plan to match your fitness and ability. All our event training plans start with a detailed assessment via zoom to understand your requirements. We have Triathlon Training plans for all distances, from Sprint to Ironman and training plans for swimming, cycling and running events. Enhanced levels of coach support can be added to all plans depending on your needs.

Group Courses for 2022
Our zoom based small group courses are perfect for all you sociable animals. Courses run for 6-8 weeks and involve live coaching sessions with an experienced coach, weekly tailored workouts and individual fitness goals. We also create courses for specific groups, like work colleagues, who want to take on a challenge together.
